On the shores of Lake Huron at a cozy summer camp, two cool kids (and their sweet doggo) tied the knot. Honeybee Events took our first road trip, and transformed Camp Cavell into a weekend wedding wonderland. From draping and lighting the pavilion, to adorning the mess hall with rows of flower topped tables, the vibes were immaculate and wholly unmatched. A lazy morning swimming in the lake gave way to a hot afternoon sun-soaked ceremony. Instead of a receiving line, the bride and groom served up drinks during cocktail hour. An eclectic mix of French pop and indie rock, curated by the groom himself, wafted across the beach in the night air, enticing you into the main lodge-turned-dancehall where a late night snack of some really damn good pierogies awaited you.
